Detour Gel for Rats & Equi-Stop Wood Chew Repellent

THE ULTIMATE IN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY & HUMANE PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS.
Where "green" technology & pest control converge to solve a massive global environmental problem

Detour Gel for Rats is an EPA-Registered, NSF-Certified, US-Patented, 100% non-toxic, chemical-free, contact repellent gel that has been proven to repel and deter rats and mice from congregating and returning to a home, business, warehouse, factory, workplace or other structures. The NSF Certification allows it to be used safely in health-sensitive areas such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, convenience stores, supermarkets, schools, food storage rooms and food preparation areas.

The gel’s pharmaceutical-grade capsaicin incites a strong irritant on rats and mice once they make physical contact with the product. These rodents then carry the gel to nearby nesting areas where their natural grooming habits cause them to further spread the distressing gel. This produces a fast-fleeing response in other nearby rodents. The stress of the hot pepper gel creates confusion among the rats and mice which also enhances the effectiveness of existing conventional rodent traps.

Our biotechnology combines pharmaceutical-grade organic capsaicin, a natural component of hot chili peppers, with our proprietary clear, odorless, non-staining, weatherproof food-grade mineral oil gel that provides long-lasting protection from unwanted rats and mice. Our gel’s superior durability allows application in ANY environment no matter how hot, cold, wet or dusty.

  • EPA-Registered: Thoroughly tested to be effective, consistent and long-lasting
  • NSF-Certified: Safe for use around children/adults, pets/animals and in the environment when used as directed
  • U.S. Patent-Protected: 100% toxin-free, food-grade mineral oil gel formula
  • Real World-Tested: Used by international pest control companies for over 10 years
  • Convenient: Comes in pre-filled “ready-to-use” non-messy plastic trays and pipe tunnels
  • Coming Soon: 100% Fool-Proof Detour Gel Rat Repellent Pipe Tubes for simple & effective rat and mice control - developed by professional pest control exterminators.

Thea ctive ingredient, Capsaicin (chili), is carried in a thickened food-grade mineral oil will not harm humans or pollute the environment. But make sure Detour Gel for Rats is never placed in areas where humans may accidentally come in contact with the product. The Capsaicin may cause a reddening of the skin or eye irritation.

Applicators should wear latex gloves when applying Detour Gel for Rats. Any product that contacts the skin should be removed by immediately washing the affected area with soap and water or through the use of cleaning wipes. If contact is made with eyes, flush immediately with water. If problems persist or worsen, seek immediate medical assistance.

Place Detour Gel for Rats in areas where rats and mice will likely cross over them as they move from hiding places to feeding areas. Best locations are along walls, runways, gnawed openings and near burrows where rodents are most likely to travel.

Place Detour Gel for Rats around areas where rodents may enter like both sides of doors and holes in walls. Use snap traps and glue boards near Detour Gel for Rats

Detour Gel for Rats can be used with or without bait attractants. To use an attractant, place the rodent’s favorite food right on top of the Detour Gel for Rats in the center of the tray. In case, we have used peanuts for rats. For rats and mice, chocolate candy bars, fresh fruits or nuts.

To increase effectiveness, block passageways to force rodents to travel directly over the Detour Gel for Rats. When placing the Detour Gel for Rats on sites such as ledges, pipes, poles etc. secure by wiring or taping in place to ensure that rats and mice will contact the product but will not knock the Detour Gel for Rats trays off the ledge.

Place Detour Gel for Rats trays at 5-12-foot intervals depending on level of infestation. The detour Gel will remain effective in wet and dusty conditions, but cover trays temporarily for short periods of extreme dusty conditions.

DETOUR GEL FOR RATS PIPE TUNNEL

Professional pest control operators have helped us create a 100% Fool-Proof method to get rid of problematic rats and mice. Our new Detour Gel Rat Repellent Pipe Tunnel is simple-to-use, economical, non-messy, toxin-free, safely designed and guaranteed to work!

What is the Detour Gel for Rats Pipe Tunnel?

The Detour Gel for Rats Pipe Tunnel is a PCV pipe that is coated on the inside with our proprietary EPA-Registered, NSF-Certified contact repellent that has been proven to deter and repel rats and mice from a home, business, workplace, factory, warehouse and other structures. Made from pharmaceutical-grade organic capsaicin and our U.S.-patented food-grade mineral oil formula, this gel is powerful and effective for over 12 months.

How Does the Detour Gel for Rats Pipe Tunnel Work?

Rats and mice enter holes like our pipe tunnel to hide from predators and store food. Additionally, these holes provide a safe and warm environment for them to nest and breed.

Once these rodents enter our pipe tunnel, get the Detour Gel for Rats on their fur or feet, and groom themselves, they immediately experience sharp, uncomfortable tingling sensations. This results in chaotic irrational behavior that causes these rodents to run wildly into
glue or snap traps that they would ordinarily avoid.

These rodents also communicate this highly disorienting uncomfortableness to others in their environment and then leave
the area together.

Where Do You Position the Detour Gel for Rats Pipe Tunnel?

Place the Detour Gel for Rats Pipe Tunnel along walls, near doorways and behind major appliances such as refrigerators, washers and dryers and ovens, under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, pantries, garages, storage sheds, outdoor BBQ grills, boats, recreational vehicles, attics and basements.

Yes, this product may be applied on top of a brick dividing wall. But a sealant must be applied on the brick wall since it's a porous surface.  That way the Detour Gel will last longer and not need to be reapplied as often.

Detour Gel for Rats is a bio repellent and contains an ingredient that irritates rodents and makes them exit the building or home, but does not harm them.  If your pet got into this product, it would not harm them, but it would also irritate them just like the rodents.  You should only place this product where your pets cannot access it, but rodents can.  Places such as behind appliances, in wall voids, entry points (small holes) where rodents enter, etc. Just use soap and water to remove any product that gets on the pet.

When Detour Gel for Rats is applied according to the product label, rodents will be repelled for at least 30 days or longer if the product is left intact and undisturbed.

Reapplications will be required on an as needed basis in areas with a large rodent infestation or where the product has been disturbed or removed by rat contact. This means that you should check application areas every few weeks to make sure it is still on the surface.

Do not apply Detour Gel for Rats directly to porous surfaces as it can be absorbed by the surface which can lower the overall efficacy of the product. Detour Gel for Rats  can be applied indoors and outdoors directly around areas where rodent activity has been noticed and any area where rodents can gain access to a structure (doorways, windows, vents, utility lines). You can see the full Detour Gel for Rats instructions by reading the product label.

Often times ill use silicone around exteriors to seal minor voids. Detour Gel for Rats unlike silicon remains viscous for up to 3years indoors if applied to a non-porous surface and the chili or capsaicin does not lose its potency as it ages. The rats will contact the gel and will no longer go to that area.

Detour Gel for Rats will bond like silicone. The thicker it is applied the longer and more effective the product will last on the surface to which it is applied.

We have a privacy fence around our yard and the squirrels go up and down the fence so I'm wondering if it would work if applied around the top of the fence and how long it would last there.

Detour Gel for Rats will work if applied to the fence post.  Detour Gel for Rats is very durable and will last indefinitely in undisturbed areas such as wall voids or under shelves in dry areas. In high traffic areas reapplication is needed.

Detour Gel for Rats is designed to be used with a regular caulking gun.

Rats have poor vision so the pest control operators here and around the world simply place our product were they travel usually along the walls were feces and urine trails rub marks and they contact the gel get it on their feet then on their fur eyes and nose trying to get it off and they lose their senses because they think they are n fire and if you have traps were they are previously avoiding our gel will drive them back to the tarps or they will find their way out of the structure up to 2.1 ,miles away. The best-kept secret in the pest control industry is now available to the public.

Capsaicin is an animal repellent that has also been registered for use as an insecticide, miticide, rodenticide, and feeding depressant. It is made from the naturally occurring chemical in peppers that makes them hot. It was registered by the EPA in 1962 and classified as a non-toxic biochemical pesticide. Capsaicin is the working ingredient in PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL and Detour Gel for Rats.

Capsaicin is used in agricultural and residential areas. It repels rodents, deer, dogs, bears, rabbits, gophers, moles, and other mammalian pests without seriously harming them.

Capsaicin is also an insecticide for
aphids, leafhoppers, ladybugs, spider mites, thrips, white flies, and others. It is used for ornamental plants, field crops, vegetable and fruit crops,
nurseries, and home gardens. Capsaicin is most effective in preventing pest populations from growing.

Capsaicin is non-toxic in mammals. It repels animals by
causing irritation in the skin and eyes, along with swelling in the lung tissue. Just the smell is usually enough to keep pests from entering the treated area.

Capsaicin is lethal for most insects and works by damaging the membranes in brain cells and then disrupts the nervous system. It is activated through inhalation, ingestion, or contact. Capsaicin prevents insects from laying eggs which controls the population over time.

Capsaicin is considered by the EPA as non-toxic to humans
and other mammals. Although it is relatively safe, it can cause a temporary burning sensation, irritate the skin and eyes, and cause swelling in the lungs.

Capsaicin should be kept out of reach of children and pets since they are more sensitive to it than adults. It is eco-friendly because it is broken down by bacteria in the soil in 2-5 days and is unlikely to reach groundwater.

Equi-Stop Clear

Safely Stops
Horses from Chewing Wood

Directions for Use: Equi-Stop is easy to use and apply. Cut the tip off and place the cartridge in a caulking gun. Squeeze a bead on the area where horses are chewing or may chew in the future. Leave as a bead or spread it around.

Equi-Stop is grease and will soak into bare wood and last a year or more. One taste and the horses will no longer chew the wood where it has been applied. If the wood is painted Equi-Stop will stay on the surface for a long time so use caution to keep people away.

The product will not harm them but may give them skin irritation if they come in contact with the product.

Equi-Stop is not water-soluble but will wash off with soap and water.

Application Cautions: Wear gloves when using Equi-Stop. The mineral oil used in Equi-Stop is similar to what the Vet will use to treat a horse with colic. The chilis are very hot and will cause mild
reddening of the skin and a burning sensation.

Wash off immediately with soap and water or cleaning wipes.

Use caution when applying Equi-Stop to areas where people may inadvertently come in contact with the product such as fencing where people may climb over or pass through.

Keep out of reach of children.

Other Uses: Equi-Stop will keep animals from chewing bandages, steel gates and panels, trailers and tail biting. If using Equi-Stop
on these surfaces it is recommended the product be removed once the behavior has stopped. If using on bandages, do not let Equi-Stop penetrate to touch the wound or hairless areas as it will cause irritation. A small amount on a bandage will suffice.

“I have applied this product to wood fencing on my farm.
It immediately stopped all fence chewing. Actually our horses were still not chewing on the fence months later. In my equine vet practice I have applied it to the outside of bandages a couple of times now on “bandage chewers.” Same result…flat stopped them immediately. This is even more impressive since I have tried grocery store hot sauce products in the past with no effect at all.”

PIGNX Bio-Repellent Bird Gel

THE ULTIMATE IN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY & HUMANE PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS.
Where "green" technology & pest control converge to solve a massive global environmental problem

PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL is consist of food-grade mineral oil and chili. thats it! it does not harm the bird.

PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL is one the most advance gel on the market today, the chili in the gel actually gets stronger as it ages. And outdoors it last up to a year and indoors it last up to 3years. but the birds are usually in 1 week. it does not melt or freeze in normal earth temperature.

PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL works as a contact repellent. the gel is made out of food grade mineral oil, safe enough to eat ( but don't) with chili. it must be place in areas where the birds are roosting or congregating once the birds come into contact with the PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL they will get it on their feet and they will begin dancing on the gel and spread it on to their body and once the gel gets into their behind as they fly away they retract their legs the birds become uncomfortable from the chili. and they will fly from ledge to ledge spreading the PIGNX for you. then they will fly up to 2.1 miles away to another area and never come back.

PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL is a non-toxic Gel with chili that does not melt or freeze that drives away birds when nothing else works

Stucco or render is a construction material made of aggregates, a binder, and water. Stucco is applied wet and hardens to a very dense solid. It is used as a decorative coating for walls and ceilings, and as a sculptural and artistic material in architecture.

No, it will not run. Make sure the area you applying our product is a non-porous surface, if it is a porous surface make sure that you apply a silicon sealant on a porous surface. You can check our website www.detourgel.com and click barrier sealant protocol or you can apply on the vinyl tile.

PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL is a game-changer to the traditional practices of bird control. We have removed unwanted birds from structures with pest control operators here and around the world when spikes, nets, and trapping failed in outdoor structures and indoor facilities.

Simply apply PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL onto the surface where the birds are congregating or roosting (make sure that the surface is nonporous. if it is porous use a silicone gel barrier to seal the surface. apply the PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL on the silicone gel) and the birds will land onto the gel and begin dancing on it because they don't like the gel and they will spread the gel on to their body and when they fly away they retract their legs onto their body and the PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL will get into their butts and make them uncomfortable and then they will fly from one area to another and spread the PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL for you making those areas a no bird zone. They will do these for 2 to 3 days eventually making the building or structure a no bird zone. Sometimes you will find them walking on the ground and if its indoors you can escort them out. And if it's outdoors they will fly up to 2.1 miles away. (we actually followed them to see where they went) remember you need to apply enough PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL to all the areas they are roosting or congregating in a thick 1/2 inch bead with the tips that we provide. PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL has never failed as long as you apply enough gel for the corresponding bird pressure. High profile areas such as PLANET HOLLYWOOOD, THE PLAZO HOTEL, THE VENETIAN HOTEL, THE COSMOPOLITAN HOTEL, THE WINN HOTEL, THE ENCORE HOTEL. JW MARRIOT HOTEL, THE TESLA FACILITY, food storage facilities, food processing facilities, Kroger Supermarket, Dodger Stadium, and Angel Stadium to name a few sites PIGNX BIO-REPELLENT BIRD GEL was applied.

yes, we recommend a zigzag bead.
